The bathrooms were a disaster with blocked sinks and overflowing showers!!! Internet connectivity issues made it hard for kids to stay entertained!!! No room service means you’re on your own after a long day!!!

We had the worst experience at check-in, waiting over an hour for our rooms. The front desk staff was unhelpful and rude, treating us like we were not important.

The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, with unclean carpets and uncomfortable beds affecting my overall experience.

I stayed in a Family Room, and honestly, it was cramped. There were three single beds squeezed in, which made the space feel tight. The room looked decent in pics, but it didn’t feel that comfy. On the bright side, the coffee corner was a nice touch, and the proximity to the Masjid was super convenient.

the hotel is super close to masjid nabawi, just a quick walk to there. housekeeping was really on point, always checkin if we needed anything. the lobby smells nice and there’s lots of shops nearby too. also got some good restaurants around, like malaysian and indonesian food. the staff were cool and helped us extend our stay!

The location is just a 2-minute walk to the mosque, making it so easy to get there for prayers. I was delighted by the swift access to the multiple elevators, which made my comings and goings super convenient. The room I stayed in was spacious enough to feel comfortable and relaxed after a busy day.
